To download MySQL Query Browser, go to:

To download OpenVPN for accessing MySQL on off-campus, you need to download openVPN:
http://www.oit.ucsb.edu/network_services/vpn_service/default.asp
Login and Password should be the same as your umail account.

To download MySQL Administrator, go to: (Optional)
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/query-browser/en/installation-windows.html
Click "3.2.1 Using the Windows Installer" and should be straight forward...
